by One week into THE SWORD OF KAIGEN and WHERE LOYALTIES LIE special edition Kickstarter, I wanted to give a quick update on how we’re doing with our funding goals:
As I discussed in this post, Wraithmarked Creative is producing brand new signed hardcover editions of The Sword of Kaigen and Rob J. Hayes’ Where Loyalties Lie (both winners of Mark Lawrence’s Self-Published Fantasy Blog-Off).
Thanks to those of you who backed, just one week into the Kickstarter, we’ve already hit all but one of our stretch goals outlined above! I was especially excited to reach the $150,000 goal, which ensures that Wraithmarked will be able to expand this set include more SPFBO winners in the future. The one remaining stretch goal is for illustrated page edges, something I’d love to see with Tom Jilesen’s beautiful artwork (seen below on the cover and endsheet artwork for this edition of Kaigen).
For those interested, the Kickstarter also includes add-on access to enamel pins (including an adorable pin of my parrot, Sulu!), signed art prints, and some of Wraithmarked Creative’s previously Kickstarted books such as H.G. Wells’ The War of the Worlds, V.E. Schwab’s A Darker Shade of Magic, Evan Winter’s The Rage of Dragons, Travis Baldree’s Legends & Lattes, G. B. Stewart’s Veneziad, R.A.
